What is Zengo?

Zengo is a non-custodial mobile wallet built on MPC (multi-party computation) cryptography, distinctive for having no seed phrase at all — eliminating the single biggest source of catastrophic crypto loss. Instead of a 12/24-word seed that can be phished, lost, or stolen, Zengo splits key material into two 'shares' (one on your device, one on Zengo's server) using threshold cryptography, so no complete private key ever exists in one place; recovery uses a combination of biometric face-scan and encrypted backup rather than a seed phrase. This design targets the reality that seed-phrase mismanagement causes enormous losses, making self-custody safer for mainstream users.
